Verse of the Four Directions
The eastern boundary brings a pure land, the southern boundary brings cool refreshment
The western boundary brings joy and comfort, the northern boundary brings peace and stability

Verse of the Sacred Site
This sacred ground is pure, free of all defilement, the Three Jewels and the heavenly dragons descend upon this place
I now hold and recite this wondrous mantra, may compassion secretly protect and guard us

Repentance of the Ten Evil Deeds That Create Karmic Obstruction
For the grave sin of taking life, I repent today
For the grave sin of stealing, I repent today
For the grave sin of sexual misconduct, I repent today
For the grave sin of false speech, I repent today
For the grave sin of deceptive speech, I repent today
For the grave sin of divisive speech, I repent today
For the grave sin of harsh speech, I repent today
For the grave sin of greed and attachment, I repent today
For the grave sin of anger and hatred, I repent today
For the grave sin of ignorance and delusion, I repent today

Sins accumulated over a hundred kalpas can be swept away in a single thought
Like a fire that burns dry grass, they are extinguished completely, leaving nothing behind

Sin has no nature of its own, it arises from the mind. When the mind is extinguished, sin too disappears
When both sin and mind are empty and gone, this alone is called true repentance

Mantra of Repentance
Om sarva apaya dosha pranashaya svaha
Om sarva apaya dosha pranashaya svaha
Om sarva apaya dosha pranashaya svaha

The accumulated merit of Cundi is constantly chanted with a tranquil mind
No great calamity in all the world can encroach upon this person
Both heavenly beings and humans receive blessings equal to the Buddha’s own
Encountering this wish-fulfilling jewel, one attains the unequaled and unsurpassed

Namo to the Great Cundi Bodhisattva, Mother of the Seven Kotis of Buddhas
Namo to the Great Cundi Bodhisattva, Mother of the Seven Kotis of Buddhas
Namo to the Great Cundi Bodhisattva, Mother of the Seven Kotis of Buddhas

Mantra of the Pure Dharma Realm
Om ram, om ram, om ram

Five-Syllable Mantra of Manjushri Bodhisattva
Om a ra pa cha na, om a ra pa cha na, om a ra pa cha na

Cundi Mantra
Namo saptanam samyaksambuddha koti nam tadyatha
Om cale cule cundi svaha, bhrum
Om cale cule cundi svaha, bhrum
Om cale cule cundi svaha, bhrum

Cundi Vow Prayer
I now hold and recite the Cundi mantra, arousing the vast and great vow of bodhi
May my purity and wisdom swiftly become perfect and bright, may all my merits be fully accomplished
May my excellent blessings adorn me everywhere, may all beings together attain the Buddha path

The Ten Great Vows of the Tathagata
May I forever leave the three evil paths
May I swiftly cut off greed, anger, and ignorance
May I always hear the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha
May I diligently cultivate precepts, concentration, and wisdom
May I always follow and learn from all Buddhas
May my bodhi mind never regress
May I be born in the Land of Peace and Bliss
May I swiftly behold Amitabha Buddha
May my emanated bodies fill transformation lands everywhere
May I broadly ferry across all sentient beings

Vow of Taking Refuge in the Three Jewels
I take refuge in the Buddha who eternally abides in the ten directions, I take refuge in the Dharma that eternally abides in the ten directions, I take refuge in the Sangha that eternally abides in the ten directions
I take refuge in the Buddha who eternally abides in the ten directions, I take refuge in the Dharma that eternally abides in the ten directions, I take refuge in the Sangha that eternally abides in the ten directions
I take refuge in the Buddha who eternally abides in the ten directions, I take refuge in the Dharma that eternally abides in the ten directions, I take refuge in the Sangha that eternally abides in the ten directions

May this merit extend to all beings everywhere
May we, together with all sentient beings, all attain the Buddha path
